RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement (for example, by email to thetravelingpostlady@gmail.com) within 14 days from delivery.

You may use the model withdrawal form available on the Withdrawal page of our website, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal:

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent.
Subscriptions: For subscription contracts, you may withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. After activation, the specific subscription terms and conditions shall apply.

Conformity of goods: Products must conform to the contract. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or reimbursement in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.
